Looking For An Evening/nighttime Nanny (or Babysitter) For My Two Children

Hello! I'm looking for a babysitter/nanny for my two children, I'm looking for someone to be with them from around 4 p.m. through 10pm, likely Monday through Friday. (They go to bed at 7, so you would have three free hours to do your own thing). After having my sons in a "traditional" daycare, I'm no longer comfortable with that idea and would love to have someone watch my children in a familiar environment to them, who is willing and able to build a relationship with them and be a part of our routines. My sons absolutely LOVE playing outside! They enjoy hands-on activities, reading stories together, and going on "adventures". They sometimes need extra support when routines change- ex. "I know we're supposed to do [X] right now; but we have to do [Y] really quick, can you help me with [Y]??" I'm looking for someone who is very down-to-earth, patient, understanding Our house is in a neighborhood, so one would park in our driveway! (: I have two chihuahuas, they're both old girls (9 and 11), very judgy but aren't aggressive. My parents have a boxer and a large white dog that stay separate from myself, the kids, & my dogs.
