My baby is currently 8 months old. I work from home, but have my mother-in-law over daily to watch her while I am in working and in meetings. My mother-in-law will be out of town for the month of August and I need some assistance to watch my baby while I am working. I will be at the house and available if needed, but would like to have a trustworthy caregiver watch my baby and give her the attention she needs when I am busy.
