Seeking occasional weekend or after school care for a sweet 5-year-old with special needs. Qualifications: -Have reliable transportation and valid drivers license -Physically capable of transferring child between floor, seat, stroller, and car (approximately 37 lbs) -CPR certification Hours: -Weekdays 3-6 p.m. when needed, end time flexible -Occasional full or half-days when school is closed M-F or on weekends, depending on caregiver availability Duties: -Pick up from nearby preschool at 3 p.m. on weekdays -Take child to therapy sessions as needed -Engage in developmentally appropriate activities to develop his gross and fine motor skills, language and social skills such as reading books, playing games, or doing activities as directed by parents and therapists -Diaper changes -Prepare and feed meals and snacks
