About the job
We are seeking a responsible, creative, and caring individual to provide after-school care for our two daughters, ages 10 and 6, in West Asheville. This part-time position involves assisting with carpool from school, transporting to/from after-school activities, and supervising them in fun, age-appropriate activities. Ideal candidate will help create a safe, nurturing environment, assist with light household tasks, and help with occasional light meal prep. Previous babysitting or childcare experience is required, along with a reliable car and a safe driving record. Comfort around dogs is also necessary. Ideally looking for help 5 afternoons a week, but would discuss availability for at least 3 days a week.
