My middle son is very ADHD and will be on medication soon for it, he's in second grade and has tons of energy I work an 8 hours a day starting from 8-5 M-F my son is in school from 7. 30 to 2:45 M-F so home work is a must due to our busy schedule he's also going to be started basketball . My youngest baby is 7-month-old and very easy to handle he is breast feed and has started on solid so I would need help with him at least 8 hours or less it could vary I also have a 13-year-old that does not need to be watched but she is there if needed and is in 8 grade
