I'm looking for a great nanny for 3 children, mainly my older two at first because I will have my baby with me most of the time. My daughter is 4 and fairly independent; loves to do crafts and read books. My son is 20 months and loves the outdoors and moving around. My baby is 4 months and stays with me while I work from home, but will venture out with the other kids as he gets older. I work from home, so will be around and available as needed, but mainly looking for someone to play with and entertain the kids and keep them safe while I work.
