Baby is sleep trained, I have a set routine baby does everyday that is easy for everyone to follow. Baby sleeps within 2-3 minutes when putting down for naps if following my time I set. Nanny would need to help prepare some light meals for her BLW food while baby naps. Wash and clean bottles. Baby is loving to crawl and trying to stand up to walk and loves outdoor. She loves having someone to play or even just watch her play.
