-We are looking to find a nanny who engages with our daughter and creates age appropriate activities for her. We like to limit screen time and do as much outdoor activities as possible. She is about to start walking so will be on the move very soon! During the care time she is currently taking two naps at 9 and 1 which we currently hold her for and are working on sleep training so she will no longer need to be held. -We will be in this area for another 2 or more years so would like to find a long term fit.
