Part-Time Help Needed For 2 (3) Children (my Youngest Would Be With Me Most Of The Time)

I am looking for a great babysitter for 3 children specifically during the summer months when my husband works quite a bit. I'm really looking for someone who may be available helping a few days a week for a couple of hours for me to have time to myself and get things done as well as having a solid babysitter to call for potential date nights. We have 3 children, one 4-month-old boy as well as 2 older girls (2 and almost 4 years old) and an Australian Shepherd dog. We love arts and crafts, playing outside, going for walks and having dance parties so are looking for a caregiver who is fun to be around and easygoing!
