Nanny/babysitter Needed For A 4 Month Old Baby Boy

Babysitter/nanny needed for a 4-month-old baby boy. I work as an attorney typically 8-5 and my husband works as a nurse 3 night shifts a week on varying days of the week. We do have some help from family, particularly on Wednesdays. We are looking for someone who is reliably available on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday mornings to early afternoons on an as needed basis due to my husband's varying weekly schedule. An ideal candidate would be comfortable and have experience caring for infants; someone comfortable with dogs (we have 2); and someone with availability and ability to be flexible. We are comfortable nanny sharing or hiring someone who has a kid of their own that they care for as well.
