Nanny Needed For My Autistic Child In Kalispell

My son is almost 4 and non-verbal autistic/ADHD. I need someone to be with him while I am at home doing other activities (working out, showering, doing work on my computer, etc.). Previous work with special needs a plus, but not necessary. Responsibilities will include: facilitating educational activities, preparing snacks, playing games, helping meet personal needs (getting dressed, brushing teeth, diaper changes), and just being a good companion/friend. My son is very responsive and communicative even though he is non-verbal. He is also very sweet, engaged, and can be pretty energetic. I will also be available the entire time if any help is needed. Basically, I'm just looking for someone who I can trust to care for my special needs son while I take some much-needed time to care for myself.
