Young Family Looking For Regular, Part-Time Nanny :)

We are a young family in need of a regular nanny to our two young children--a 3-year-old boy and a 3-month-old girl. We also have a 15-year-old son who will not need nanny care. We are an active, outdoorsy family who enjoys hiking, biking, skiing, etc. We're hoping to find a nanny who also enjoys being outside and generally enjoys the company of young children. We have two large dogs who are very friendly and good with the children.
