Shared In-Home Nanny

Hello! We are looking for a shared nanny between two families. My sister and I are looking to share a nanny based out of my home Monday-Friday. She has 2 boys, 2yo and 3. 5yo. I have an almost 2yo boy and an almost 4yo girl. My daughter goes to preschool full time so we would just be looking for the 3 boys. I work from home full-time and my husband is home Thursdays and Fridays. Our offices are in the basement and we have the space for kids upstairs. We do have one, well behaved rescue dog. She's part hound and can be loud when first meeting new people.
