Part Time Babysitter For 1-3 Fun Kids!

I am a stay at home mom looking for a little help. We have 3 kids, 4, 2, & 10months plus a dog. Our 2 oldest go to preschool & are gone during the day. They don't go to school on Fridays. I am mainly looking for consistent help during the week so I can go to the gym, run errands, etc. My wife & I also would love to have someone who can be available on some nights/weekends for date nights or other activities that pop up. Our kids are active & love to play outside, do art, sports, & in general just like to interact/have fun with people. We have a schedule for them but nothing crazy. We try to have structure but also flexibility within that structure. They do get occasional screen time but prefer to keep it at a minimum. We are looking for someone who is reliable, fun, responsible, adaptable, and someone who is confident with 3 young kiddos.
