Recurring Babysitter/Part-Time Nanny

We are looking for a caring person to help watch our infant (6-month-old) and occasionally our almost 5-year-old. I work from home and keep our infant at home with me. When I have meetings or really busy times with my work, I would need assistance. Those tend to fall on Tuesdays and Thursdays, but it may change on a per-week basis. We would also like to have someone to occasionally watch both children for a few hours. We would be open to looking at a more permanent position depending on how this position works out.
