Nanny Needed For This Summer For My 3 Children Ages 4, 6, And 8.

I'm looking for an engaging, outgoing nanny for my 3 children for the summer months. Schedule will be consistent Mon-Thurs with some flexibility if necessary. I am looking for someone that enjoys being outside, is comfortable initiating activities, and is able to work within the context of need of my 3 children. They are incredibly independent, energetic, and need to spend much of the time outside. Last summer the directive was basically to make it as much like summer camp as possible, and everything worked out great. Typical days would include spending some time at home in the mornings, and "adventuring" in the afternoon. Typical activities would be going to Bogart pool, going to the bike park, hiking, Hyalite, etc. Let me know if interested. The right fit is most important.
