Part Time Evening Nanny To Toddler & 1 Yr Old

We're looking for a part-time nanny for our 2. 5yr old daughter and 11mth old son starting in January. I'm a pharmacist in the ER and my husband is a firefighter, so we work non-traditional hours. We would need a nanny from 3 p.m. to 2 a.m. for 2-3 nights every other week. It comes out to roughly 4-5 days per month, but the days do vary based on his firefighter schedule (happy to explain more in messages!) We do want someone who will come to our home, but that's really the main requirement - open to accommodations to make the weird schedule work! Our daughter is a lively, goofy toddler who loves dance parties and running around! Our son loves crawling around and chasing his sister.
