There are not specific care needs. This is child who has been in foster care for his first year of life. He is my nephew and I am working to get him in my home as kinship care. I usually go to work from 9 a.m. to either 5 or 6 p.m. depending on the day. C loves to play. He loves to build and push toys. He is very affectionate and attaches to people very quickly.
