My child has allergies and has to be on certain dietary restrictions because of this. A typical day entails waking up going potty and washing hands, eating a breakfast of either plain unsweetened Greek yogurt and berries or eggs with water or white milk, going to play outside, coming inside for a small lunch, playing with toys or play dough, then a nap, and supper, and getting ready for bedtime after a bath and bedtime stories . If the caregiver is familiar with how to use a EpiPen this would be wonderful and also CPR and first aide certified.
