About the job

We have a 2-week-old newborn. We are having difficulty getting sleep at night because she doesn't sleep very well. We would like an overnight caregiver to help us so that we can get the rest we need to be the best parents we can. We have a 3-year-old also but she is MUCH easier to handle. She is a normal, healthy baby, and requires no special care.
