I work full time and I will need care for my children only three days a week from 3pm-7 p.m. Every other week I work Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, and then every other week Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. My oldest child is autistic. I will try to have meals ready for those three days. My children are 11&12 and can do mostly for themselves. Some cuing and redirection for my oldest will be needed. We can discuss pay.
