I'm a stay-at-home mom who needs a break to have some alone time for once. We wake up they drink milk. Then eat breakfast about 30-45 mins later. Then I let them play independently for a while. We either go outside or do indoor exercise activities. Then they get a snack before I serve lunch. Then nap time around 1:30-2:00. Wake up drink milk and play again (anything they choose) until dinner is ready.
