Early 30s couple. Looking for an experienced caregiver to provide full time in home care for our 9-month-old daughter. Basic infant care needed: feeding, diapering, developmental play, etc. Searching for a caregiver with prior experience with own child or previous infant care jobs. Caregiver should be timely and reliable and capable of providing one on one attention for care and baby development through minimal screen time, regular reading, and time spent for intentional developmental play. Potential for nanny share in our home with one other family if there's a good fit for both families. Recommendations and references are required. One 12yo inside dog. Requires minimal attention during the day.
