My father has neuropathy and type 2 diabetes causing everyday tasks to be challenging so he needs help cleaning, cooking and taking care of his small dog. My step-mom just passed away and she did all the housework and they babysat my baby nephew together. My dad really loves babysitting his grandson, however, he can't do it alone. We need a nanny to help in the areas my dad is unable to do.
