My wife and I work full time, and I own 2 small businesses. We need help in evenings, especially when I work overnight (flight paramedic, so the specific days vary week to week) as well as an occasional weekend date night. My wife will work one weekend every 6 weeks or so, and I would need help on those days for about 8 hours each day (Sat/Sun).
