Our babies caregiver would need to be able to work during normal business hours. Mom works from home, so she will be around to assist, but we need a caregiver that can take the main load of the basic baby caring tasks. The baby will only be 3 months old at the time care would start, so there really isnt anything specific we are looking for skill wise. Just someone who can help develop our baby, keep the baby safe, and keep it happy!
