15 Yr Old Needing Healthy Safe Care While Mom's Away

We are looking for a great friend, support peer and someone to help my child achieve high goals, when mom is away, for 1 child in Sturgeon. We would prefer someone who could help out with keeping her on track with daily activities, motivated, active and on track with school. We would prefer a babysitter who has their own car, who is comfortable with pets (3 dogs) and who is CPR certified with any extra heath care background- as a bouns. My baby is overcoming some mental challenges that teenage life presents itself nowadays. We have a jam packed schedule and I need someone to be my hands and feet while away working. My schedule is pretty set but would love someone who'd be open to fill in if I'm available to pick up an extra shift throughout the week- very rare.
