Nanny Needed For My Children In Springfield.

I'm newish to Springfield and have a schedule that varies a lot. I work hospitality at Bass Pro shops and our events vary each week. Having a reliable babysitter has been tricky since I don't know anyone here & it interferes with my schedule a lot. Prefer an option to pick kids up from bus stop on occasion but not mandatory, can work around it. My mom watches them as well when she's available so she would probably switch off when she gets off her job. Really just looking for flexibility. Also don't mind whether its in home or at sitters location. They would just be more comfortable at home though.
