My 4-month-old will need to be cared for starting at 8:00 a.m. and ending at 5:00 p.m. She will need diaper changes throughout the day and diaper cream applied when necessary. During her wake windows, she will need to do some tummy time and age appropriate activities to help her reach milestones. Wake windows last around 1. 5 to 2 hours. At this time she is breastfed and mom will feed her and possibly put her down for a nap after feeding. Helping to get down for a nap may be required. At times mom has to go into the office, in which case frozen breast milk will have to be used with a bottle. Most days, mom and dad work from home.
