Looking For Nanny For 3 Year Old

Looking for a nanny to care for our 3-year-old in our home. Would be around 24-36 hours a week. Would need someone that has flexibility to do different days 2-3 days a week and would get schedule about a month in advance. She does attend preschool 3 days a week only 3 hours a day and we would need help with pick up and drop offs if it falls on one of the scheduled days. We also have a friendly medium sized dog that would need to be let out occasionally!
