The time with my children would be morning & afternoon. My son is in kindergarten so the start time depends on that. The ideal day is outdoor play & playing with interactive toys. Very little electronic time, besides the tv for background noise. Parks and water interest them most, but if you can come up with an experiment or two, they'll love you!
