About the job
We need a nanny that we can start employing a couple of days a week, with the possibility of adding one or two days, as we see what works for us. I need some time to run some errands, do some projects, or care for myself at home, and we need a regular date night. I would prefer consistency with the same person for our kids with the expectation of going on some outings. Schedule is very flexible and negotiable. We prefer gentle parenting with structure. We are a diverse family that values curiosity and connection even if we aren't terribly good at all this yet, haha! My 4yo son loves playing trains, loves bugs, and building cool things with his Magna tiles. My 9mo daughter loves anything her brother is into, and they both love dancing to a beat.
