Nanny Needed For My Children In Saint Louis.

I'm looking for a nice reliable nanny that is great with babies. Need a nanny that has high patience. My son loves to be active and loves banging his head around. Needs to be watched at all times and he loves having the fun times!!. I work part time and won't be gone long just need someone to watch baby when gone.
