(like pls, I'm drowning in laundry ) Here's what a great candidate looks like: - Can manage time and schedule activities - Has a car and can take the kids on outings - Proactively anticipates needs for the family - Comfortable with laundry, dishes, and general tidying (but you'll never scrub a toilet or anything) - Not allergic to cats - Non-smoker - Nice to have: previous lifeguard experience or proficiency in the water.
