Part Time Consistent Babysitter For 7-month Old Daughter

We are looking for a consistent part time babysitter for our 7-month-old daughter. Tuesdays and Wednesday are primarily the days that we will need a sitter to watch throughout the morning and early afternoon. Additional opportunities for care throughout the week/ weekends if looking for more hours, we may just not have full clarity on schedule too far in advance. We have a very friendly but large golden retriever, so ideal candidate will need to be comfortable with dogs.
