We're Casey and Abby, lovers of art and nature and conversation and all things St. Louis, and we're thrilled to be welcoming our first baby this May. We are looking for the right person/people to join our village when we go back to work in August. Ideally, a caretaker would be able to arrive at our home around 8am, as Casey heads off to work each day, to take care of Baby and our two easygoing and adorable pups, Roni and Mia. Morning mealtime, backyard hangout, even a walk around the park or neighborhood if you're up for it! Normal baby stuff: help with nap times, feeding, changing, making sure they feel loved and safe while you make yourself at home. Abby works an unconventional schedule and is typically home by lunchtime each day but could use a few extra hours here or there to run errands, nap, etc. as schedules allow. We also have a couple of family members who may be able to pick up a day or two a week, so if you could only commit to a few recurring days each week, it could still work! This could be a great role for a student, an empty nester, or an at-home parent of school-aged kids. If this sounds like a good fit, we'd love to hear from you! We can't wait to find out: baby will be about 3 months old when regular care is needed! Good with infants, comfortable around pets, responsive, communicative. Adherence to COVID-19 and other health and safety protocol. Our family includes Roni, a 30 lb mutt (likely a Labrador mix) who looks like Scrappy Doo and loves to play fetch and watch for squirrels in the backyard; and Mia, an 8lb dachshund mix who hasn't met you yet but already wants to sit in your lap.
