Looking for a part-time nanny/house manager, 4-5 times a week from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. We have a 15-month-old who is at home. And also a 5-year-old that's at preschool until noon, when I go to pick her up. The ideal person would be a non-smoker, has their own transportation (to get our home), be reliable, communicates openly and honestly, has a gentler approach to childcare, and be willing to help around the home with laundry, meal prep, kitchen/living room clean up. Would need to be comfortable with both parents working from home.
