Part Time Nanny Needed For Loving Chill Family!

Hey there! Here's what is important to us: -someone who is experienced with with two young children (3 and 1 yo girls) -Someone who is loving and aligned with our boundaried but loving approach (think Big Little Feelings). Someone who is firm enough to tell our toddler, "it's still quiet time!" during her 1. 5 hour quiet time even if she protests -if the kids are sleeping (since this will largely be during nap time), you feel comfortable and motivated to pick up around the house, vacuum, do dishes, or meal prep. Basically, we'd love someone who can be another member of the household! -Big plus if you're "a dog person." We have a large, beautiful dog who is great with the kids and very sweet but can bark a lot & jump a bit when you first come in.
