Babysitter Needed For 1 Child In Saint Louis.

I am looking for a great babysitter for 1 child in Saint Louis. I would prefer a sitter who has their own car, who does not smoke and who is CPR certified. I am a single mom of a child with a rare genetic syndrome. She is 17 chronologically, but is the size of a toddler. Although she has a few special cares medically, they are super easy to learn. She can even help show you the ropes. She's a sassy little girl that loves cuddles, dancing and playing with her toys; and sometimes annoying the cat.
