Nanny For Twin Newborns - Flexible Hours That Can Be Regularly Set If Desired

We need a caregiver that has experience or is comfortable with twins. Hours are flexible but can be regularly set if desired - anywhere between 3-8 hrs/day, between 3-5 days/week (let's have a chat about both our needs!). Okay with cats. Comfortable working under supervision since we work mainly from home. Openly and honestly communicates with us. Is calm, confident, intelligent, patient, kind, flexible, not easily stressed (like when dealing with colicky babies who won't go to sleep). Values learning and exposure to different cultures.
