About the job
We are expecting our 3rd child in late October. Our other two kids (6-year-old girl and 3-year-old boy) have always gone to daycare/school. But with the addition of a 3rd and a dual career household, we are deciding to move to a nanny for the baby. Mom works in medicine and will be working 6:30-4:30 Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Dad works in business and does some traveling for work. It will mostly be the baby, at least during the school year, but will also involve getting the older two kids ready and off to school and then after school pick-up. Since mom won't get home until 5pm, also hoping for some help with meal prep and homework after school / getting ready for after school activities, etc. During the summer and on days school is closed, it will be all 3. Also hoping for help when an older has to stay home for mild illness.
