Hello, our baby will be 4 months old when you start. She takes bottles well, naps a few hours a day, and is very smiley. We would like to find someone long term. In addition to the hourly compensation, we will provide 5 days PTO and 5 sick days per year. Dad works from home. He can help out during the initial transition period. After you get settled, he will only be available to assist in emergencies.
