Rotating Schedule - Only 2 Days A Week

My husband and I are expecting our first child in August. We are looking for someone to come to our home 2 days a week starting mid-November. Days will rotate between Mon/Tues one week and Wed/Thurs the next week from approximately 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. (with a little flexibility on time). We have three dogs and a cat that will be in the home. Consistency is extremely important so while the schedule is not typical, we are hoping to find one person who has the flexibility to commit to the rotating days we need. Guaranteed weekly hours with payroll (taxes taken out) on the 15th and 30th of the month as outlined in a contract. Hourly rate to be discussed upon experience.
