About the job
We are a Christ centered family. I'm passionate about low screen time. I allow watching shows but very limited especially with how young they are. We are also rock climbers so my kids are very adept at climbing. I allow a lot of movement in our home I simply follow and act as a spotter. My kids are upbeat and love to play. My 1-year-old daughter loves her brother and is basically his shadow. My 3-year-old son loves trucks and could push a truck until he passed out. My kids are in the hyper-learning stage. Playing and exploring is the name of the game. My basement is basically a playground so there's always something to do. I have activities planned so they can always be doing something. I want someone willing to play and look the kids in the eye. Someone that plays on their phone and lets the kids mind themselves is a huge turnoff. The sitter can park in our driveway. We have chickens. They are cute but mind themselves.
