I'm looking for a great nanny for my 2 children. Some light housekeeping is required. The ideal caregiver will be nurturing, calm, and composed, able to apply positive discipline effectively in challenging situations. They will foster the children's confidence through positive reinforcement and logical consequences, while maintaining a structured daily routine. The ideal candidate for this position will be comfortable with parents working from home and able to travel with the family on occasion. We are looking for someone to help us 3-5 days a week, 8-9 hours/day. Flexible on which days you would work. Looking forward to hearing from you!
