In-home Nanny Wanted

My husband and I are due to have our 1st baby towards the end of April, and are looking for an in-home nanny to start towards the end of July when I go back to work (start date pending on my actual due date). I'm a night shift nurse who works 12 hour shifts, and my husband commutes an hour to work so our schedule will change week to week based on my work schedule. Starting time will be 6 a.m. on days we need you. Hours will range from 24-34 hours per week, so flexibility and good communication is a must. I posted some work week examples below for you to see. My schedule is made months in advance, so we'd be able to plan your schedule as well. We do have 2 dogs, but they will be kenneled during the day. We love to be outdoors, and live off a gravel road. We would love someone to take the baby outside and do age appropriate activities/crafts with them, while limiting screen time. Pay is based on experience and is open for discussion. Light housekeeping would be extremely helpful, but not expected. CPR certification required.
