About the job
M is 18 years old and was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy at approximately 5 months of age following delayed development and a subsequent CT scan of his brain. M is non-verbal, but can communicate with a device. He wears diapers and is wheelchair bound. Overall he is extremely happy and loving. He loves to be on the go and greatly enjoys being out of the house in social settings whether that be the grocery store, his sisters sporting events or visiting family. Our goal has been, and remains, to keep Mactively engaged in all activities in which we attend outside of our home. M has 3 sisters who range from 12 to 21 years old. Our family has friendly dogs and we live in Lees Summit. M`s mom lives in Liberty and he attends High School. There is a wheelchair accessible van available to transport
