Seeking a patient, reliable PA for an almost 14-year-old boy with emotional and developmental challenges. While he looks his age, his emotional and social skills align with a 6-year-old. Responsibilities include school pickup (2 PM), behavioral support, life skills, and community outings. Monday Friday required (2 PM- 8 p.m. on school days, 7 a.m. 4 p.m. on non-school days), with optional Saturday hours to reach 40 per week. Pay: $23/hr, a performance based increase to $25/hr could be possible after 90 day review. Mileage included in compensation. Must have a valid drivers license, clean record, and experience with behavioral needs.
