Nanny Needed For My Children

E is a brilliant, sweet girl with a very tender heart. She loves singing, pretending, animals, reading, and painting. She has a very curious mind and is verbally advanced. She'd thrive with some structured activities and socializing with peers when possible, but would like a more comfortable setting with one-on-one attention, vs. Traditional daycare. We just ended an awful experience in that setting and want to dial back. She needs someone creative, kind, and bubbly, who isn't intimidated by constant silliness and "Why?" questions. I am looking for someone who either has kids of their own or years of childcare experience
