Nanny For Twin 2yr Old Boys

We are looking for a new nanny for our twin 2 yr old boys. Our current one has been with us for two years, but will be graduating from her masters program and starting her new FT job at the start of the school year. The days look similar to.. Morning 9 a.m. 11:45 a.m. play time Lunch - prepare meal/clean up 1 p.m. - 2:30/3 p.m. nap time 3 p.m. - 4 p.m. play Duties would include interactive play, inside or outside. Crafts, learning etc. Making lunch, cleaning of anything that got messy with the boys. (Kitchen, their bedroom/toys etc.) Nap time routines. No other household cleaning or duties required. We value kindness and courtesy. The boys have been taught to be polite with "please" and "thank you's". Patience, calmness and understanding are important to us. Effective communication and proactive planning is also important. To play outside or inside with all of their trucks and cars. Important to mix play with creativity and movement. Planning to start potty training soon, until then diaper changes and meals.
